Before the event or match starts, prepare the machine. Configure it for the correct cup type (hard or soft cup, 15 to 50 cl), make sure the selected payment system is working, check that the machine is properly connected to the tank beer or keg, and verify that the power supply and internet connection are functioning correctly.
During the event or match, there is always someone present at the machines. We recommend having hosts at the front to assist visitors, refill cups, explain how it works, and carry out age checks. In addition, a technical operator is present who can manage multiple machines at once and quickly resolve any malfunctions.
After the event, the hosts and operators ensure the machines are properly shut down according to the attached step-by-step plan. First, the payment system is closed correctly, then the machines are thoroughly cleaned. For longer downtime, the beer lines are flushed with water. Finally, the machines are unplugged and, if required, fitted with a protective cover.

With the open-loop system, customers pay directly via debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, or other common payment methods through a payment terminal.
The closed-loop system works via an app or club card with preloaded credit, with payment made using a QR code scanner or NFC reader.
